Must be legal drinking age in the province where the event is hosted in order to attend. No minors will be admitted.
All ticket(s) include a (3) course meal, one (1) welcome cocktail and a gift bag. Glade reserves the right to change the cocktail variation (including size and ingredients) based on the regulations of the city and province of the venue. Any guests who do not wish to have alcohol in their beverage will have a non-alcoholic option available. There will also be an option to purchase a maximum of (1) glass of wine.
Ticket purchasers will be contacted via email in the event of cancellation or delays. A full refund will be provided if the event is not able to take place.
We will adhere to all local government rules and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated by our trained staff. We reserve the right to stop service to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated or are demonstrating unsafe conduct.
During your visit we kindly ask that you follow all rules applicable to attendance at the Glade Scentsational Dinner venue; and all applicable policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all. For the comfort and safety of all guests our staff reserves the right to remove any attendees whose behaviour is deemed disruptive to general enjoyment or in violation of any of our safety policies.
RESERVATION & REGISTRATION PROCESS:
- Purchaser will need to fill out the following information: Full Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- All purchases must be made through our online portal with a verified method of payment.
- Purchaser will receive an email with the ticket confirmation number with the date and time of their reservation which will need to be presented upon entry at the event.
- Reservations cannot be transferred to another individual once the transaction has been completed.
- All purchasers must be onsite to sign-in with their party.
- All attendees must show a physical copy of government issued photo ID proving that they are of legal drinking age in the host province at the point of entry. Digital photos and photocopies of ID will not be accepted.
- Guests will not receive a refund or discount if guests from their party are not granted entry to the event.
- Guests should contact the Glade support team should they have any additional questions after reserving their experience or require additional accessibility accommodation.
- Each guest MUST read the event policy ahead of the event.
CANCELLATION /NO SHOW POLICY
Bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable. All purchasers must be onsite to sign-in with their party. A confirmation email will be sent out at the time of purchase. Cancellation is ONLY permitted up to 24 hours before the date of the event purchased for full refund. Any no shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not be refunded.
SAFETY POLICY – RULES AND REGULATIONS:
We kindly ask that during the experience all patrons respect and follow our event rules to ensure a safe environment for all participants and staff.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to check-in. All experiences will start promptly at stated times. No refunds will be issued to latecomers.
- No smoking or vaping permitted inside the event space.
- No recreational drugs including cannabis (in any form) are permitted in the event space.
- No outside food or beverages, including alcohol, are allowed; all reusable water bottles will be left at the welcome desk and will not be permitted inside the event space.
- Security and Glade staff have absolute authority within the event space and may disallow entry to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and is exhibiting disruptive behaviour. No refund is provided in the event that entry is not permitted.
- No minors allowed in the event space.
- No animals allowed within the event space. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accommodate pets. Please leave all fur companions at home. These policies are in place for both you and your animal’s safety.
- Shoes & shirts must be worn at all times within the event space.
- No sharp objects such as knives, razors, and blades are permitted at the event or within the Glade Scentsational Holiday Dinner event space
- Do not bring any object that may be considered a weapon to the event.
- No special catering, event or celebration requests will be available during this experience.
- Glade is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We advise all guests to ensure they only bring necessary items with them to the event. In no event will Glade, Community, the event staff, or the Security team be liable for loss of your personal belongings for any reason.
We are taking industry-leading health precautions to ensure your health and safety. From the design of our venue to our sanitization protocols, we take the utmost care in providing you with a safe and fun dining experience. Our staff will thoroughly sanitize all surfaces, food & drink service areas.
ASSUMED RISK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guests are advised that all activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk and they must behave in a fit and proper manner at all times in accordance with applicable law, public safety bylaws and Glade guidelines. Guests are responsible for their own safety. All experiences carry inherent risks and Glade does not assume any responsibility for injury, accidents or deaths that are caused to guests that are connected to their own actions or inaction or are caused by factors outside of the reasonable control of Glade.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to guests that are being physically or verbally abusive, or if they pose a threat to staff members or fellow attendees in any other way. In such cases, cancellation charges apply.
INJURY & SICKNESS POLICY:
In the event that a guest needs medical attention, the Glade Scentsational Dinner Staff will contact the necessary emergency services. In the event that an experience is delayed or cancelled due to injury, there will be no refund issued.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY:
The Glade Scentsational Dinner event is subject to provincial and public health regulations.
Food:
Outside food is not permitted.
All food items will be provided by catering partner.
All food will be prepped, stored and served following all provincial health and safety guidelines.
All waste will be properly disposed of in accordance to each provincial standard.
Beverage:
Outside beverages are not permitted.
Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for all guests to purchase.
All bar services will be conducted by a certified mixologist with provincial liquor serving training.
GLADE SCENTSATIONAL DINNER ITINERARY
Here’s what you can expect from Glade Scentsational Dinner:
- Arrive at the venue entrance 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event time.
- All guests will be required to check in and provide a physical piece of government issued photo ID. to security staff. Digital and photocopies will not be accepted.
- Event staff to guide guests to their table for the Glade Scentsational Dinner and provide a brief summary on how the event will run.
- All guests to receive one (1) welcome cocktail upon admission (any guests who do not wish to have alcohol in their beverage will have a non-alcoholic option to select). Admission cocktails are non-transferable. Each attendee will only receive one beverage regardless of the size of their group. Guests may purchase (1) additional serving of wine from the Scentsational Dinner staff prior to their meal.
